摘　　要：高校教学管理决非一般管理学中的"权力运用",而是必须具有系统思想,将办学者的教育理念、人才培养目标、教学运行过程、师资队伍建设以及学校服务社会诸多方面协调一致,共同促进教与学质量稳步提升的一项科学创造性活动。Management of higher education is not the idea of ＂power use＂ in general management, but a systematical, scientific and creative activity that combines many aspects together, including the schools＂ educational philosophy, personnel training objectives, the process of teaching, teachers team building and school＇s service for society, which jointly promote the steady improvement in the quality of teaching and learning.
