摘　　要：高职院校存在科研团队不稳定、科研特色不鲜明、科研管理体制不顺、科研成果转化的程度低、学术交流气氛不够活跃等问题,需要采取提高认识,加强规范管理和科研队伍建设,注重科研成果的推广应用,处理好教学与科研的关系等措施。There are many problems in higher vocational colleges, such as lack of scientific research team, scientific research characteristics not clear - cut, scientific research management system not running smoothly and the low level of scientific research achievement transformations, lack of active academic exchange atmosphere. We need to take measures to raise awareness, strengthen the norms of management and research team building, focus on popularization and application of scientific research results, and handle well the relationship between teaching and scientific research.
