拓展训练模式在体育教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：阐述拓展训练模式在体育教学中的应用,对于完成体育课程目标,促进素质教育具有一定的借鉴作用;笔者通过近几年的教学实践和理论研究,对拓展训练模式在体育教学中的具体运用进行了论述;把拓展训练模式融入到体育教学,取得了较好的效果;拓展训练模式在体育教学中的应用是可行的,但要注意拓展训练与体育课的差别,做到有效融合,提高教学质量,促进素质教育。The application of the pattern of Outward-bound Training in PE teaching plays an effective part in accomplishing PE course task and promoting quality-oriented education. Through recent years＇ teaching experiences and theoretical researches, the author discusses the application of the pattern of Outward- bound Training in PE teaching practice, which turns out to be effective and feasible. However, we should pay special attention to the difference between the pattern of Outward-bound Training and PE course during the teaching practice in order to enhance teaching quality and oromote aualitv-oriented education.
