摘　　要：在学校体育研究领域,关于执行力的研究还是盲点。文章借鉴企业和行政管理领域相关研究成果,针对我国学校体育政策执行力的概念、作用、构成要素等基本理论进行了初步探讨,以求从新的研究角度推动我国学校体育的整体发展,真正落实中央关于加强青少年体育、增强青少年体质的精神。In school physical education field, the study on the executive ability is still a blind spot. With the study results in the enterprise and administration fields for reference, this paper focuses on the discussion of the concept, function, and the make-up elements of the executive ability of the policy in school physical education in our country. All the study will promote the overall development of school physical education in a new angle as well as implementing the policy from the central government of strengthening the young people exercises and enhancing their health.
