摘  要:目的探讨在仿真医院进行护理技能带教的方法。方法把校内实训基地建设成仿真医院,2007级60名大专护生第4学期在仿真医院实行24h值班制护理技能带教模式,事先设计好病案,学生扮演患者,住在仿真病区,白班、小夜班、大夜班各由1名老师带领3—4名学生(扮演护士)进行技能训练。结果本组60名护生中有50%以上的学生认为该带教方法接近临床,同时又能融洽师生之间关系,提高学习积极性,有利于护生综合能力的培养。与常规方法带教护生综合技能考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义。结论在仿真医院开展24h值班制护理技能带教模式是提高护生护理技能的可行方法。Objective To explore the teaching modes of nursing skills in simulated hospital. Methods The practical training base in the college was rebuilt into a simulated hospital. 60 three-year-course nursing students in grade 2007 participated in the tutoring mode of nursing skills under 24 hours shift system in simulated hospital. The cases were pre-designed and the students acted as patients. One teacher led 3-4 students into nursing skill training by day shift, evening shift and mid-night shift. Results More than 50% of the students thought the teaching mode simulated the clinical nursing process and harmonized the relationship between teacher and student; raised their interest in learning and was good for nurturing their general quality. In comparison of examination performances, there was significant difference between the routine teaching method and the teaching mode by 24 hours shift system in simulated hospital. Conclusion Teaching mode of nursing skills by 24 hours shift system in simulated hospital is feasible for enhancing nursing skills.
