摘  要:大学生道德人格教育是一种有助于他们心灵成长的教育,教师人格是其重要载体。教师人格具有平民性,是具体的、形象的、可感的道德。它将道德教育还原于生活,易于唤起大学生的道德情感,是对主体性道德教育的生动践履。发挥教师人格的示范功能,要求教师提高道德自觉性,以德服人,将其崇高的道德理想、真实的道德情感、理性的道德意志、优秀的道德品质、灵动的道德智慧与学识风范、行为气质等聚集于一身,在教育教学过程中展现出来。The moral personality education of undergraduates is helpful to their hearts, whose carrier is teacher's personality. Being civilian, teacher's personality is specific, sensible morality. It restores the moral education to life, easy to arouse moral sentiments of un- dergraduates, which is a lively practice of moral. To play his role as model, teacher should improve his moral consciousness, conquering others with his virtues, join together his noble moral ideal, real moral emotion, rational moral will, good moral character, clever moral wisdom with knowledge demeanor, behavior, temperament, etc. , which will be shown in the process of teaching and educating.
