摘　　要：本文利用产业转移的相关理论,分析了广东在产业和人力资源双转移过程中存在的问题,并分析了产生这些问题的深层次原因,分析了广东省经济地理区域的比较优劣势。在此基础上,针对性地提出了解决措施和应对策略。Firstly from the theoretic aspect, the problems in the course of transfer are studied. Further more, the causes of the problems are also investigated. On the other hand, some advantages ＆ disadvantages of the economic and geography of different areas are compared. Then, some problems were found during the transferring process and also some solutions were put forward.
