网教时代的教育理想和教改方法——高校教学名师成长案例研究

摘　　要：论文对刘海涛从一个自卑的下放知青到一名硕果累累的学者和教育者的成长过程进行了分析和研究,总结归纳出其读书和工作的"人生聚焦原则",在微型小说理论研究领域的学术追求和学术个性,以及在教改实验中积极探索、求新求变的创造精神。试图通过这样的案例研究和理论总结,为教师教育改革的推进归纳出一个可供借鉴的范例或一种可供应用的培养模式。This paper analyses the growth of LIU Haitao as a famed scholar and successful educationalist from a xiafang zhiqing （a city high-school graduate transferred down to remote rural areas of the country during the Great Cultural Revolution）,his life focussing principle for schooling and working,his academic pursuit and individuality in the field of miniature novel, and his positive and creative spirit in the experience of teaching reform. Through studies of such cases with theoretical summaries, the paper concludes for teacher development with a reference of a model for training and education.
