摘  要:针对高性价比的全数字交流伺服系统,设计系统的基本电路和控制软件。同时,结合数字化矢量控制,将NC指令系统内置于控制模块中,成功实现NC指令、机械环和电流环的同周期控制,使控制周期控制在60μs以内,有效地提高了交流伺服系统的响应频率和运动控制性能。实验结果表明,系统的动态性能和静态性能优良。For the high-performance and low-cost AC servo system, the electrocircuit and control software were designed. Combined with the arithmetic of vector control, the NC instruction was embedded in the control module. The NC instruction, machine loop and current loop were successfully achieved in the same control circle, and the time of control circle was determined in the 60 μs. The response frequency and the performance of AC servo system of motion control were improved greatly. The experimental results show that dynamic and static drive performances of the control system are good.
