摘  要:分析了国内粉针剂的制备特点,介绍了分装系统的结构原理和控制单元,提出了PLC、HMI(人机界面)和伺服技术相结合的分装控制方案,着重叙述了系统的控制策略和同步协调设计,并利用Delphi6语言开发了触摸屏程序,有效解决了传统粉针生产过程中分装精度低、操作复杂等问题。On the analysis of characteristics of domestic injection powder production, the construction principle and control units of the filling system were introduced, and a new filling control scheme based on PLC, HMI and servo technology was put forward. It emphasis described the method of how to keep all the control units working together in synchronized manner, the operation interface procedure designed via Delphi was also elaborated, which can effectively resolve the problems of low control precision and operation complicated lie in traditional injection powder production.
