摘　　要：在对目前高校实验教师队伍现状调查分析的基础上，找出高校实验教学队伍目前存在的主要问题与成因，探索新形势下如何加强实验教师队伍建设，调动实验教师工作的积极性，建设一支高素质的、能熟练掌握现代技术并对实验室进行科学管理的实验教师队伍，提高实验教学质量。Based upon the analysis of the current conditions of the laboratory teacher team, this paper is intended to find out the primary problems and reasons of laboratory groups, to construct laboratory teacher team, to put forward some controlling measures and solutions, and to improve the experimental teaching quality.
