摘 要:随着人们对木糖醇认识的不断深入,木糖醇的用途越来越广泛。传统的化学生产工艺技术成熟,但成本高不利于木糖醇的推广应用。微生物发酵法生产木糖醇条件温和、工艺简单、污染较小。本文主要阐述了木糖代谢的基础理论研究及木糖醇的规模化发酵生产研究进展,包括利用酿酒酵母(S.cerevisiae)、假丝酵母(Candidayeast)生产木糖醇的研究,以及固定化细胞、细胞循环发酵、基因工程技术在木糖醇生产中的应用。As people's cognition on xylitol developing gradually,the use of xylitol in daily lives begin more and more important. Although it has been maturity,there are a lot of shortcomings with the chemical method for the production of xylitol,such as low productivity. It has been necessary and worthwhile to explore new methods for the effective production of xylitol using microbial conversion. The microbial conversion may overcome the shortcomings in chemical method. The papers mainly characterize the studies on basic theoretic of xylose metabolism and the scale fermentation of xylitol. It includes the study on the production of xylitol by S. cerevisiae and Candida yeast and the applications of immobilized cell system, cell recycle fermentation technology, gene engineering during the production of xylitol.
