摘 要:当前,由于教师私人领域发育的滞后、课程开发浓厚的学术理性主义取向以及后现代思潮对公共性的消解等影响,教师继续教育课程在公共性上面临着巨大的挑战。公共性是教师继续教育课程的应有之义,而要保障这种公开特性,则必须积极培育与生成教师的私人领域、有机糅合多种取向进行课程设计并开放课程开发的机制。Currently,the publicity of teachers'continuing education curriculum is faced with enormous challenges due to the slow development of teachers'private field,the strong academic rationalism orientation in curriculum development,and the weakening publicity by post-modern mainstream as well.Publicity is the essential attribute of teacher's continuing education curriculum.To ensure the publicity,we have to cultivate teachers'private field actively,design curriculum,incorporate various orientations,and open the mechanism on curriculum development.
