摘　　要：文章从有机化学实验教学教材选择、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等方面的改革入手,介绍了作者在有机化学实验教学中加强高校工科专业学生创新能力培养的方法和经验。In the paper, by expatiating the reform on choice of teaching material, contents, methods and means of teaching in organic experiment education, the author introduced the method and experience about how to enhancing engineering course student＇s initiative ability in campus organic experiment education.
