台湾高职教育对福建人力资源开发的启示

摘　　要：本文分析了福建省人力资源现状以及福建省人力资源开发的重要性,根据两岸教育资源优势互补,借鉴台湾高等职业教育的优势和成功的经验,分析闽台高职教育合作的可行性,从发展职业教育和在职培训出发开发福建省的人力资源,为海西建设提供高素质高技能的应用型人才,与海西经济建设形成良性互动。This paper analyzes the status of human resources in Fujian Province, as well as the importance of human resource development in Fujian Province, according to educational resources the two sides complement each other and draw on the advantages of higher vocational education in Taiwan and suecesful experiences, analyze the feasibility of cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan vocational education, from the development of vocational education and job training for starting the development of human resources in Fujian Province for the Hercynian building high - quality application of high - skilled talents, and the formation of economic development Hereynian interaction.
