摘  要:随着课程改革的深入,教师的专业发展超越教师个人层面,其专业知识与能力并不全然依靠个人力量来实现,而是在与同事交往和相互帮助的过程中向教师职业群体专业化迈进。教师群体文化为教师的专业发展提供了最为理想的文化氛围。因此,反思传统教育中教师文化的缺失,分析现代教育理念中教师群体文化的特征,创建开放的学校环境氛围,构建健康的合作型教师群体文化,对优化教师专业发展具有重要的意义。With the deepening of curriculum reform, the professional development of teachers, which depends not only on oneself, but also on his workmares, has moved from emphasis on the growth of individuals to the stress on the development of the collective. Teacher' s community culture provides the best environment for teacher' s professional development. Therefore, it is of great significance for us to examine the lack of teacher culture in our traditional education, analyze the characteristics of the culture of teacher community in modem educational ideas, establish an opening school surrounding and construct a healthy and collaborative culture of teacher groups to stimulate the autonomous growth of teachers.
