新疆高校对外汉语教师转型中应具备的知识素养与能力

摘　　要：在汉语国际推广工作的背景下,以新疆高校师资建设为基础,指向中、西亚和俄罗斯地区的对外汉语教育,应该体现出汉语的特点以及中亚留学生汉语学习的针对性。本文结合新疆高校教师状况,分析了新疆对外教学问题的实质,并提出了汉语国际推广背景下对外汉语教学教师素质观的一些思考和建议。Under The Chinese International Promotion work background, take the Xinjiang university teachers construction as the foundation, in directional, west Asia and the Russian area foreign, Chinese education, should have Chinese characteristics as well as the focus of Chinese study of central Asia foreign student. This article unifies the Xinjiang university teachers＂ situations to analyze essence of Xinjiang foreign teaching, and proposes some suggestions on teaching Chinese quality of a foreign language teacher should has under Chinese international promotion background.
