略论大学校园文化的定位

摘　　要：大学校园文化建设要抓住人的发展、价值传统、表现形式三个关键词。校园文化的特色定位是要与学校的历史传统相一致。校园文化的功能定位是要涵育学生的精神气质。大学校园文化建设要探索具有大学特色的文化表现形式。Human capacity building,traditional values,and expressive patterns are the keynote concepts in college campus culture construction.Its orientation in uniqueness should be consistent with the history and tradition of a particular university,while its functional position is aimed to develop students＇ spiritual qualities.And the culture construction must be embedded in a university＇s characteristics.
