摘　　要：本文论述基于"清华教育在线"网络教学平台的"程序设计基础"网络自主学习环境的构建。基于网络的自主学习环境的构建,必须落实到具体的学习活动上。因此,我们主要通过开展基于问题的自主探究活动来实施课程的教学过程。本文分析了学生的学习特点以及"程序设计基础"课程的教学特点,制订"程序设计基础"网络自主学习环境的构建方案,并给出学习环境构建的过程模式。This thesis describes the construction of independent study environment of network of programming course based on network teaching platform of Tsinghua EeL. The construction must implement on the concrete studying activities. So we implement teaching process of course mainly through developing self-probing activity based on question. The paper has analyzed teaching characteristic of the course and students＇ studying characteristic, has made the construction scheme of the network self-studying environment of programming course, and has provided the course mode that the academic environment constructs.
