摘　　要：利用分光光度法测定糖厂汽凝水中的蔗糖含量。结果表明：在一定条件下，蔗糖被浓硫酸脱水生成的糠醛或其衍生物，可与α-萘酚缩合成紫色的化合物，其颜色深度与蔗糖浓度成正比。蔗糖含量在0—50ug／15ml范围内遵守郎伯比尔定律，检测限为2u．g／L，方法的表观摩尔吸光度为：2．21×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1，精密度（RSD）小于3．5％，样品加标回收率在99．72％-100．62％之间，结果符合要求。The sugar content in condensated was determined by the spectrophotometry. The results showed that： under certain conditions, sucrose was dehydrated by concentrated sulfuric acid and generated furfural or its derivatives, which can be condensated with α- naphthol to generate violet compounds, the color was proportional to sucrose concentration. Sucrose content in the range of 0 - 50ug/15ml obeyed Beer＇ s law, the detection limit was 2ug/L, the apparent molar absorptivity was 2.21×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1, the relative standard deviation（RSD） was less than 3.5 %, and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 99.72% - 100.62%. The results came up to the requirements.
