摘  要:利用分光光度法测定糖厂汽凝水中的蔗糖含量。结果表明:在一定条件下,蔗糖被浓硫酸脱水生成的糠醛或其衍生物,可与α-萘酚缩合成紫色的化合物,其颜色深度与蔗糖浓度成正比。蔗糖含量在0—50ug/15ml范围内遵守郎伯比尔定律,检测限为2u.g/L,方法的表观摩尔吸光度为:2.21×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,精密度(RSD)小于3.5%,样品加标回收率在99.72%-100.62%之间,结果符合要求。The sugar content in condensated was determined by the spectrophotometry. The results showed that: under certain conditions, sucrose was dehydrated by concentrated sulfuric acid and generated furfural or its derivatives, which can be condensated with α- naphthol to generate violet compounds, the color was proportional to sucrose concentration. Sucrose content in the range of 0 - 50ug/15ml obeyed Beer' s law, the detection limit was 2ug/L, the apparent molar absorptivity was 2.21×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 3.5 %, and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 99.72% - 100.62%. The results came up to the requirements.
