摘  要:目的探讨渐进式教学模式在口腔颌面外科门诊临床实习中的作用,旨在提高教学质量。方法改进口腔外科门诊临床教学的方法,采用渐进式教学,注重教学时间的合理分配,注重在口腔外科实习教学中对基础理论的深化学习,加深专业知识,培养学生的自主学习能力,总结和交流实习体会。结果教学实践证实,渐进式教学能有效提高口腔医学生的口腔外科临床实习质量及有利于科研创新思维的形成,提高口腔医学生的综合素质,为口腔外科事业培养合格人才。结论通过渐进式教学方法,能有效地提高口腔医学生的口腔外科工作能力和实习质量。Objective To investigate the application of progressive teaching in outpatient clinical practice teaching in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery so as to improve the quality of teaching. Methods Clinical teaching method of oral surgery was improved by introducing progressive teaching, rational allocation of teach- ing time, deepening students' basic theory learning during oral surgery practice, enhancing their professional knowledge, developing their self-learning ability, and summing up and exchanging practice experience. Results Practice has proved that progressive teaching could effectively upgrade the quality of students' clinical surgical practice, help the formation of innovative research thinking and improve their overall quality. A great number of competent personnel of oral medicine were produced. Conclusion Progressive teaching method can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching practice as well as students' abilities.
