摘　　要：本文对胸腺因子D注射液的细菌内毒素检查方法进行了实验探讨，结果表明样品会产生平扰作用，但通过稀释可消除干扰。将样品稀释1∶10倍以上，选用等于或小于0．25EU／ml的尝试剂可用于检测样品的细菌内毒素。This paper has studied bacterial endotoxin test of Thymic factor D inJection(TFD). The results showed that the TFD produced interference effect. The method of dilution was used to prevent the interference of TFD to the bacteria endotoxin test. We should dilute more than 1: 10 and use less than or equal to 0. 25EU/ml labeled TAL Regent sensitivily for the bacterial endotoxin test.
