中学特殊体育课程标准研制依据及特点研究

摘　　要：通过对文献的归纳整理以及比较分析,梳理相关概念,阐述研制开发中学特殊体育课程标准的必要性,提出特殊体育课程标准应具有课程服务对象独特性、理念差异性、目标重心不一致性等八大特点,在此基础上,对研制特殊体育课程标准归纳出弹性适应、允许部分参与等四条原则,为普通中学特殊需要学生体育课程开发提供理论参考。Through the methods of literature generalize, comparative analysis , the paper cards on related concepts research , then discusses the necessity of development on special physical education curriculum standards that should have eight characteristics. For example, the client objectives should be unique, and the philosophy should be different, the focus of the goal should be inconsistencies. On this basis, it summs up four principles（flexibility Adaptation, some participation, and so on）, and provides a theoretical reference for the development of special physical education curriculum.
