摘　　要：通过分析当前执业药师资格考试存在的问题,结合成人教育的特点,将药学成人教育与执业药师考试接轨。采用精选教学内容,加强"因材施教"的教育针对性优化成人教育教学模式,为成人教育改革提供了基本思路和应对措施。The paper analyzed the problems existing in the present licensed pharmacist qualification examination through combining with features of adult education.The adult education model was optimized by refining the choice of teaching contents and enhancing the educational policy of teaching according to the students ability,the basic ideas and the corresponding measures for the adult education reform were discussed.
