摘  要:对知识、智力、能力、学习进行深入分析,在学习中既要优化知识结构,又要优化智力结构、能力结构;既要重视知识的传播,又要强化智力开发、能力培养,构建终身学习促进知识、智力、能力全面、协调和可持续发展的KIAL模型。Abstract: This article with the in - depth analysis of knowledge, intelligence, ability, and learning. During the study it is neccssary to optimize the knowledge structure and also to optimize the structure of intclligcnce, the structure of capacity; and we should not only to attach importance to the dissemination of knowledge, but also to strengthen intellectual development, capacity - building, learning to learn, learning development. And to build life - long learning to promote the knowledge, intelligence, ability to comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development model (KIAL coordinated development model).
