摘　　要：研究生持续扩招,高校学科设置与社会需求脱节,国际金融危机等对职业技术师范院校的研究生就业择业产生一定影响。文章论述了职业技术师范院校研究生的就业择业现状,分析了部分研究生错误的就业择业观念及其产生的原因,提出了当前就业择业的对策。Post-graduates enrollment expansion of colleges, disconnections between social demand and academic disciplines setting and the international economic crisis certainly have great impact on the employment careers of post-graduates in vocational and technical colleges. The careers employment status of the vocational and technical college＇s post-graduates is discussed and erroneous view of some post-graduate＇s employment and cause are analyzed. The countermeasures to current employment careers are also proposed.
