摘　　要：随着高等教育的大众化,大学新生教育已成为高校普遍关注的热点问题。文章借鉴国外FYE课程内容,提出在大学新生中开展学习引导教育、实施生活指导教育、进行职业生涯规划教育、创新思想政治教育等教育对策,旨在为学生适应大学生活、顺利步入社会提供有益帮助。With the popularization of higher education, education for university freshmen has become a hot issue of common concern to colleges and universities. Reference to the foreign FYE course in this paper, a guide learning education, life guidance education, career planning education should be developed, and ideological and political education for the university freshmen should be innovated, which will provide great help for them to adapt to college life, and enter the society smoothly in their future.
