摘 要:全面、客观、公平地评价远程开放教育质量并对其有效地控制一直是我们追求的目标之一。文章在借鉴和总结国际上学生评价原理和教学评价原理中的诸模式基础上,结合中国远程学习者的特征和远程开放教育的特点,试图建立多级、多目标教学质量评价体系。同时,结合国际开放大学远程教育质量先进的控制模式和经验,建立适合中国的教育质量控制系统。It has always been our pursuit of the goal of a comprehensive, objective and fair evaluating the quality of teaching and its effective control of our distance open education. With combining the characteristics of China's distance learners and the characteristics of Open and Distance Education, a multi-target and multilevel teaching quality evaluation system is desired to establish on the reference and summary of international theory of students evaluation, and on the principle of the various models of teaching evaluation, and under the condition of the students characteristics of Chinese distance open education. At the same time, combing with the advanced quality control model and experience of international Open University, we try to establish the quality controlling system of the Chinese open distance education.
