摘 要:阐述了熔融固体润滑剂熔渗微孔预制体的熔渗原理,通过对微孔预制体孔隙特征的统计学分析和熔渗过程的动力学分析,建立了熔渗饱和度和熔渗压力的表达式,分析了影响熔渗质量及熔渗过程的主要因素,讨论了可改进熔渗工艺的几个问题。试验表明,基于熔渗过程的动力学分析,以60Sn40Pb-10Ag-0.3RE复合固体润滑剂熔渗的TiC-Fe-Cr-W-Mo-V系微孔预制体可以很好地实现预制体与固体润滑剂的熔渗复合,是制备高温发汗自润滑复合材料的有效途径。Principles of molten solid lubricants infiltrating micro-porous preforms were analyzed.The infiltrating saturation expressions and the infiltrating pressure expressions were educed by statistical analyzing the pore characteristics of micro-porous preforms and dynamics analysis of vacuum infiltrating process.Main influence factors on infiltrating quality and infiltrating process were discussed.And some problems for instruction and foundation of future experiments were studied.Based on the dynamics analysis of molten solid lubricant infiltrating micro-porous preforms,the infiltration technology parameters were ascertained reasonably.The detailed experimental results demonstrate that a new type self-lubrication composite with sweat gland structure can be fabricated by infiltrating TiC-Fe-Cr-W-Mo-V preforms with 60Sn40Pb-10Ag-0.3RE lubricants.
