摘　　要：为保障研究型大学跨学科组织的顺利运行,必须了解跨学科组织的研究进展、特征情况以及运行的基础理论,在此基础上从内部环境、外部环境、软件建设、硬件建设四个维度分析当前我国研究型大学跨学科组织运行的现状,并构建出研究型大学跨学科组织运行的组织保障、政策保障、投入保障、文化保障、人才技术保障等体系。In order to ensure the smooth operation of the interdisciplinary organization in research-oriented universities,it＇s necessary to understand the research progress,the features of the interdisciplinary organization,and the basic theory of its procedure.Based on the analysis,this paper shows the status of interdisciplinary organization operation in research-oriented universities from four dimensions： the internal environment,external environment,software construction and hardware construction.And it also offers the security system for the interdisciplinary organization in research-oriented universities,that is organizational security,policy security,investment protection,cultural protection,personnel and technical support.
