摘　　要：目的探讨不同表型高脂血症中甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)间相关性。方法选择江西省南昌市体检人群1 471人,检验血脂相关指标,采用SPSS 15.0统计软件进行相关性分析。结果TC与TG仅在正常和绝对高脂血症组中呈正相关(r>0.38);TC和HDL-C仅在边缘高TG组中呈正相关(r>0.43);TC与LDL-C在正常、边缘升高、绝对高TC、绝对高LDL-C血症组中呈正相关。TG和LDL-C在正常组呈正相关(r=0.31),但在TC升高的高脂血症中却呈负相关(r≥0.60);TG与HDL-C除在边缘高TG血症组呈正相关外,在其他组均呈负相关。HDL-C与LDL-C在正常和边缘混合型高脂血症组中呈负相关(r≥0.20),而在绝对高TC血症及混合型高脂血症组呈正相关(r≥0.31)。结论血脂指标间相关性在正常与不同表型高脂血症组间存在较大差异。Objective To explore correlations between serum total cholesteral（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-lipoprotein（HDL-C）,and low-lensity lipoprotein（LDL-C） among health adults and hyperlipemia patients.Methods Serum lipids were measured and statistically analyzed in 1 471 adults.Results TC and TG were significant positively correlated（r0.38） in normal and absolute hyperlipemia groups.TC and HDL-C were significant positively correlated in marginal hyperlipemia groups（r0.43）.TC and LDL-C were significant positively correlated in normal,marginal hyperlipemia,and hyper-high-density lipoprotein cholesterolemia groups.TG and LDL-C were significant negatively correlated in groups with high cholesterol level（r≥0.60）,while positively correlated in the normal group（r0.31）.TG and HDL-C were negatively correalted in all groups except in the marginal hypertrinlyceridemia group.HDL-C and LDL-C were significant negatively correlated in normal and combined hyperlipidemia familial groups（r≥0.20）,but positively correlated in aboslute bypercholesterolemia and combined hyperlipidemia groups（r≥0.31）.Conclusion The correlations of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C are distinct among different types of hyperlipemia patients,especially in different process of hyperlipemia.
