摘  要:教育硕士是具有教师职业背景的专业性学位,而导师队伍是高校教育硕士培养质量优劣的重要影响因素。通过对目前教育硕士专业导师队伍教学现状的调查发现,教育硕士对导师课堂教学的满意度不高,教师教学方法单一,不能满足学生的需求。为了保证和提高教育硕士的教学质量,高校必须科学制定教育硕士导师队伍的发展规划;严格导师遴选标准,完善动态管理机制;成立教育硕士导师学校,拓宽教育硕士导师的来源渠道;用制度巩固教学的中心地位,在学校形成重视教育硕士教学、保障教学、投入教学、服务教学的机制和氛围。Education of Master is a professional degree with teacher’s professional background and the supervisor team is an important factor to influence the quality of training graduates for Education of Master. By investigating the teaching situation of current supervisor team of Education of Master,it has been found out that the satisfaction that the graduates of Master of Education have for their supervisor teaching is not high,which means that their teaching way is single and can’t meet the need of the students. Therefore,to guarantee and improve the teaching quality of Education of Master,universities must establish the development planning for supervisor team of graduates for Education of Master;carry out the strict criteria for selecting supervisors and improve the dynamic management mechanism;set up the school of training supervisors for Education of Master and expand the sources of the supervisors. In addition,universities should strengthen the central position of teaching by means of system and create the mechanism and atmosphere in which the teaching of Education of Master has been valued,guaranteed, financed and served
