摘  要:"形势与政策"是一门与现实社会紧密联系的课程。在当代大学教育中,"形势与政策"课程超越学科限制,契合了大学教学的传承知识、培养能力、涵养品性、助长发展的四位一体的功能,坚持了思想政治理论课的政治导向、思想保证、育人开发三者并重的教学功能。无论从默会知识维度上的"知识建构型"教学认识论的视角,还是从杜威的"教育即生活"、"学校即社会"教学原则和方法论视角,"形势与政策"课程都应该实现课堂教学与实践教学的互补融通。在"形势与政策"教学过程中,要通过师生互动的合作、体验、探究,实现课堂教学与实践教学的无缝链接,突出教学模式设计的时效性和针对性,以多方参与、优势为本原则创建教学管理机制与考核评价运行机制,最终促进课堂教学与实践教学在功能上的互补融通。"Situation & Policy"is a close contact with the realistic world courses. In the contemporary university education, "Situation & Policy"course is beyond the academic restrictions,tallies with the quaternity function with knowledge passing-on,capacity cuhivating,quality culturing and development promoting,and adheres to the teaching function with three equal emphasis of political guidance, ideological guarantee and people development. Whether from the perspective of knowledge-constructing"teaching epistemology in the social knowledge dimension or from Dewey's teaching principle and methodology that "education is life", and "school is community", "Situation & Policy"course should achieve the complementary connection between classroom teaching & practical teaching. To this end, in the "Situation & Policy" teaching process, through the cooperation, experience and exploration of teacher-student interaction ,the classroom and practice teaching can be seamlessly linked,the timeliness and relevance of teaching model design should be highlighted and the operational mechanism of teaching management and evaluation should be created by the principle characterized by multi involvements and based on advantage so as to promote ultimately the complementary connection between classroom and practice teachings in terms of function.
