摘  要:研究了木聚糖酶预处理对杨木木片磨浆及纸浆性能的影响,探讨了酶用量对磨浆能耗、纸浆物理性能及纤维形态的影响。结果表明,木聚糖酶预处理能够促进磨浆,降低磨浆能耗,提高纸浆质量。在酶用量为20 IU/g、时间4 h时,磨浆能耗降低12.4%,撕裂指数提高23.5%,抗张指数提高20.6%。Effects of pretreatment of poplar wood chips with xylanase,particular the xylanase dosages on the refining performances,pulp physical properties,and fiber morphology were studied.The results showed that xylanase treatment could promote refining,reduce refining energy consumption and improve pulp quality.When the xylanase dosage was 20 IU/g and the treating time was 4 hours,the energy consumption was saved by 12.4%,the tensile index was increased by 20.6%,and tear index was increased by 23.5%.
