摘　　要：电子鼻技术已广泛应用于农业领域。针对电子鼻技术及其在酒类识别中的应用进行了详细分析和研究,综述了国内外该新技术在酒类检测硬件设备构成、工作原理、识别所及的软件设计等方面应用现状,对该技术在酒类识别的应用前景进行了展望。该研究对酒类智能识别检测技术的发展及酒类产品质量控制将起到重要的推动作用。Nowadays, the electronic nose technology has been widely used in the agriculture field. In terms of these technologies that are applied in the field of identification of spirit, this paper conducts the comprehensive analysis and research which included the electronic nose hardware and software composing and working principals to obtain the performance of these new technologies applied, and the prospect based on this field. This research will promote the development of the intelligence identification technology and the product quality control on the spirit.
