医科院校大学生法治观念与素质教育相关问题的调查研究

摘　　要：为了了解目前医科院校大学生的法治观念，探讨增强医科大学生法治观念，提高其综合素质的方法。采用自行设计的问卷调查表，对云南中医学院和昆明医学院两所医科院校不同专业、不同年级、不同性别的300名学生进行调查研究。通过调查发现97．3％的被调查学生认同具备法治观念是一名合格的医学专业毕业生必须拥有的基本素质，同时也发现超过90％的同学法治观念不强或薄弱，66％的同学反应自己的法律知识并非来源于学校的法制教育。对此，教育者应给予高度的重视。In order to understand the present medical department colleges and universities university student＇s government by law idea,the discussion enhancement medical department university student government by law idea,improves its synthesis quality the method. Uses questionnaire examination table which independently designs, to the Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine college and the Kunming Medical school two medical department colleges and universities different specialty, the different grade,the different sex 300 students conducts the investigation and study. Through the investigation discovered 97.3 % is investigated the student to approve has the government by law idea is the basic quality which a qualified medicine specialized graduate must have,simultaneously also discovered surpasses 90% schoolmate the government by law idea not strong or weak, 66% schoolmate responded own legal knowledge originates by no means from the school education in respect for the law. Regarding this, the pedagogue should give the high value.
