摘　　要：在教师专业化研究的基础上，对小学教师专业发展自我设计进行了探讨。构建和谐校园环境，创设了教师发展平台，促进教师专业能力提高。In the teacher specialization research foundation, has carried on the discussion to the elementary school teacher career development individual plan and program.
