摘　　要：教育发展了，教师要提高自身素养，要热爱教育事业，成为学生的良师益友，成为学生成长的指导者和引路人，教师要成为事业型、反思型、学习型、科研型的教师。The education has developed, the teacher must enhance own accomplishment, must deeply love the education, be comes the student the good teacher and helpful friend,becomes the shepherd who the student grows and leads the way the human the teacher must become the enterprise, reconsidering, the study, the scientific research teacher.
