摘　　要：主要以《英语学习与交际大词典》(邱述德主编)为例探讨主动型双语学习词典的两大创新设计:语块与语境的有机结合、语言与交际的深度融合,同时提出主动型双语学习词典应该重视词典与用户的有效互动。An English Dictionary of Learning ＆ Communication is an active English-Chinese learners＇ bilingual dictionary compiled by Professor Qiu Shude. This paper focuses on two creative designs of the dictionary in question ： the combination of lexical chunks and context meaning; the integration of language and communication. Finally, this paper presents a suggestion, an active learners＇ bilingual dictionary should lay emphasis on the effective interaction between the dictionary and its users.
