摘  要:本文对枯草芽饱杆菌与黑曲霉混合发酵制备豆粕饲料的条件进行了研究。研究结果表明在发酵时间为86小时的前提下,枯草芽孢杆菌1389与黑曲霉3.350混合发酵豆粕制备豆粕饲料的最佳发酵条件是:豆粕含量30%、菌种混合比例(枯草芽孢杆菌/黑曲霉)为1:2、发酵温度30℃,在此条件下测得发酵豆粕的蛋白酶酶活值为396.8 U/g,肽转化率值为40.8%。A study on the condition of the bacillus subtilis and the aspergillus niger mixing fermentation to make bean pulp feedstuffs was carried out in this paper. The results indicated that the best fermentation condition of the bacillus subtilis(1389) and the aspergillus niger(3. 350) mixing fermentation to make bean pulp feedstuffs under 86 hour premise lies in three factors. The first factor is that the content of bean pulp is 30%. The second factor is that the proportion of mixture strains ( bacillus subtilis vs aspergillus niger) is 1 to 2. The third factor is that the fermentation temperature is 30 ℃. And the findings indicated that the activity of the proteinase of the fermentation bean pulp is 396.8 U/g and the peptide conversion rate is 40.8% in this condition.
