咸阳市高职院校教育资源共享策略的研究

摘　　要：通过对咸阳市7所独立高职院校教育资源的相关数据进行分析，针对这些学院在办学过程中出现的发展水平不一致、设备利用率不高、师资队伍结构不合理等问题，探索在咸阳市高职院校间实施资源共享的必要性及可行性，同时提出学分互认、教师互聘、资源信息共享等具体策略，以期解决咸阳市高职教育资源既严重不足、又严重浪费的问题，从真正意义上把咸阳市的高职教育做大做强，推进其高职教育的可持续发展。On analyzing the data of resources among the seven higher vocational colleges in Xianyang, aiming at the problems that de- velopment level is not consistent, rate of equipment utilization is not high, faculty structure is unreasonable among these colleges, the paper explores the necessity and feasibility of resources sharing. Moreover, the paper puts forwards to specific strategies, such as, credits recognition, sharing the teachers among the colleges and information sharing of education, to solve the problems of resources shortage and serious waste as well in Xianyang. The ultimate goal is to promote the Sustainable development of education in order to make higher vocational education in XianYang bigger and stronger.
