摘　　要：构建学习型社会是国家政策,时事所需。医学成人教育是医学终身教育的重要承载体。从医学成人教育在医学终身教育中的作用及特点、面临问题、专业开办情况及目前医学相关培训现状等方面探讨了建立学习型社会中医学成人教育的发展问题。To constitute a study-orientated society is one of our country＇s policy and meets the current needs. Medical education for adults is an important institution of life-long education. This article discusses the developing problems of the traditional medical education for adults under this environment by investigating the fuction and characteristics of adults education in life-long medical education, present problems, the operation of the major and the medicine-related training situation.
