大学生信息焦虑与孤独感的特点及关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生信息焦虑与孤独感的关系,试图找到信息焦虑对大学生孤独感的影响程度和原因。方法采用《信息焦虑量表》和《UCLA孤独量表》对287名大学生进行调查。结果1信息焦虑在信息搜索与选择焦虑维度上存在显著的性别差异;2大学生孤独感总体上不存在显著的性别、年级、系别差异;3大学生的信息焦虑与孤独存在显著正相关(R=0.450,P<0.01),高信息焦虑组与低信息焦虑组的孤独感得分差异显著(F=30.611,P<0.01)。经回归分析得出,大学生信息饥渴焦虑对孤独感的预测程度最高。结论大学生信息焦虑对孤独感有一定的预测作用,可以通过降低大学生的信息焦虑程度减少其孤独感。Objective To explore the relationship between information anxiety and loneliness among college students.Methods A total of 287 college students were measured with information anxiety scale and UCLA loneliness scale.Results ①On information search and selecting,one of the information anxiety dimensionalities,there was notable gender difference.②There was no significant difference among the gender,grade and subject on university students＇ loneliness. ③Significant positive correlation existed between information anxiety and loneliness.The difference between the average of the low information anxiety students and high information anxiety students was significant.Conclusion The information anxiety of college students has some prediction on their loneliness.Thus we can decrease college students＇ information anxiety by improving their loneliness.
