摘　　要：中国古代书院采用肯定生徒个体性的"分年"教育和因材施教,注重知行合一的品德践履,营造潜移默化的德育环境和实施颇具实效的考评制度等德育方法。书院的德育实施方法具有注重在逻辑上的贯通性,在程序上的完整性,在实践上的可操作性等特征。The implementing methods of moral education in Chinese ancient academies adopted the year-schedule of the individuals according to students＂ aptitudes, attached importance to the integration of theory and practice of morality, exerted a subtle moral influence on students, implemented impressive moral evaluation system. The implementing methods of moral education of academies contained three essential features as paying attention to the logical consistency, the procedural completeness and the feasible practice, etc.
