摘　　要：围绕保证质量这一中心,对医学院校生物技术专业本科毕业实习的组织和管理进行探索:从健全体制、完善制度方面规范管理,加强实习前培训和过程指导、严格论文评审,重视档案收集和管理,在促进人才培养上取得明显成效。Focusing on the quality guarantec, we have explored the organization and management for the graduation practice of biotechnology in the medical university： regulating the management from the sound system and improving the institution, strengthening the pre-practice training and process guide, reviewing the papers strictly, and putting emphasis on the collection and management of archives. By these means, we have achieved a remarkable success in the promotion of personnel training.
