摘　　要：目的改革临床生物化学检验实验课的教学方法,提高学生学习兴趣与能力。方法对医学检验专业临床生化实验课进行教学改革,开设以病例为指导的综合性实验。结果改革实践取得满意的成果,提高了学生的临床思维能力和综合素质。结论该课程的改革符合教学发展的趋势,有利于提高本科生的综合素质。Objective To reform experimental course teaching methods of clinical biochemistry and elevate students interesting and ability. Methods The reformed teaching methods was taken in clinical laboratory techniques and start case-guide comprehensive experiment of chnical biochemistry. Results The innovation of teaching methods of clinical biochemistry obtained satisfactory achievement, improved students thinking skills and overall quality. Conclusion It accorded with the trend of teaching innovation and was advantageous to increasing the comprehensive predisposition.
