摘　　要：目的:探讨Fascin蛋白在人肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集63例肺癌标本及相关临床病理资料,以Western blot方法检测肺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中Fascin蛋白的表达情况。结果:Fascin蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达明显高于其在肺正常组织中的表达(P<0.05),而其表达与肺癌的临床分期(P<0.05)、淋巴结转移情况(P<0.05)、组织分化程度(P<0.05)有关;在肺癌的分型中,Fascin蛋白在鳞癌与腺癌之间的表达水平有显著性差异(P<0.05);Fascin蛋白的表达与患者的性别、年龄、吸烟史无关(P>0.05)。结论:Fascin蛋白在肺癌中的高表达,是肺癌分化差、恶性程度高的标志,并与淋巴结转移有关,以Fascin蛋白为靶点可能为肺癌的治疗提供新的思路。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of Fascin expression in lung carcinoma. Methods：The clinical and pathological information of 63 cases of lung carcinoma were collected. The expression of Fascin in the tissues of lung carcinoma were detected and compared with that in paraneophastic tissues and normal lung tissues by Western blot. Results：The expression of Fascin in the tissues of lung carcinoma was higher than that in normal lung tissues （P〈0.05）,which correlated with clinical stage （P〈0.05）,lymphatic metastasis （P〈0.05） and histology grade （P〈0.05）;There was significant difference between the expression of Fascin in squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma （P〈0.05）;The expression of Fascin was not correlated with gender,age and the history of smoking （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The higher expression of Fascin in lung carcinoma is the marker of high invasive and low histology grade. Fascin may become a target in the therapy of lung carcinoma.
