摘 要:主要研究电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法测定超微黑木耳粉多种微量元素的方法实验,通过方法实验确认采用湿法酸消解制备样品,硝酸∶高氯酸(10∶1),120℃恒温消化溶解,酸度控制<10%,满足ICP-AES测定的要求。该方法具备样品处理方法简单、快速、经济等优点。经检测国家标准物质GBW07602验证,其方法的准确度在1.12%~6.15%之间,精密度在0.41%~5.69%之间。实验数据证明,该方法是木耳中微量元素检测简便有效的方法之一。同时应用扫描电子显微镜进行超微黑木耳粉表面结构测定,结合黑木耳外在和内在的相关性,为黑木耳开发应用研究提供科学探讨的新途径。The trace elements in the powder of black -Atomic Emission Spectrometry ( ICP- AES) .The volume(or mass) ratio of nitric acid and perchlor agarics powder were detected by Inductively Coupled Plasma samples were prepared by wet acid digestion method.The c acid was 10: 1.The dissolved temperature was 120 celsius degree, and the acidity was less than 10% ,which was satisfied with the requirement of ICP-AES detection.This approach was simple,efficient, and economic for the sample treatment.The accuracy of this method was between 1.12% and 6.15%, and the precision was between 0.41% and 5.69% by the certification of National Standard Materials GBW07602.This mean was proved by experimental data as a simple and effective way to determine the trace elements in agarics.The surface structure of ultrafine agarics powder was examined simultaneously by scanning electron microscope.This study provided a new way in the development and application of black agarics by combining the external and internal characterization of black agarics.
