摘　　要：所谓周期Jacobi矩阵J是指具有如下形状的实对称矩阵In this note, we present two algorithms to construct periodic Jacobi matrices from the given spectral data, correct the errors in the algorithm given by Boley and Golub[1]. Our algorithms are also efficient for the multiple eigenvalues.
