福建省2010～2020年普通中小学师资需求预测

摘　　要：福建省普通中小学在校生人数和师资需求预测表明,未来10年,全省高中教师缺口较大,初中教师需求有限,小学教师需求较小,存在着城市中小学教师相对过剩,农村中小学教师结构性矛盾和学科发展不平衡等问题.因此,严把教师编制入口关,不断优化教育结构,把精力、资源向本科和研究生教育倾斜,是今后师范院校改革与发展的主要任务.It is indicated that demand on teachers in high school is larger,demand on teachers in junior school is limited,demand on teachers in primary school is smaller,relative surplus of city teachers and structural contradictions and unbalanced subject development of rural teachers exist in ordinary primary and junior school by the result of forecasting the number of students in school and the demand on teachers in Fujian Province in the next 10 years.For this reason,it is suggested that the main tasks of reform and development of teachers’ colleges in the future include to control strictly the entry of teachers,to optimize constantly the educational structure and to tilt energies and resources to the education of undergraduate and graduate.
